Long-term contract position, $65 per hr, hybrid position you will be required to work from our client office at least 4 days in a week

Job Overview:

We are looking to hire 8+ years of experience UI Front-End/Micro Technical Architect specializing in defining micro front-end patterns, ensuring seamless integration across components and services, to join our Architect team as a contractor.

As a UI Front-End Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing UI Architecture solutions that meet the needs of our client.

Your primary focus will be on defining UI architecture, considering scalability, modularity, and maintainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your primary areas of focus as an Azure software architect:

  • Architectural Design
  • Componentization and Reusability
  • Performance Optimization
  • Micro Front-End Strategies

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define UI architecture, considering scalability, modularity, and maintainability
  • Design micro frontend patterns, ensuring seamless integration across components and services
  • Leverage React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Flux, Webpack) for efficient UI development.
  • Familiarization with Asynchronous Service Patterns
  • Utilize REST API invocation via libraries such as Axios etc. and familiar with patterns such as promises
  • Promote componentbased development, emphasizing reusability and consistency.
  • Create UI pattern libraries that can be shared across products.
  • Ensure adherence to established UI guidelines and standards.
  • Profile and optimize frontend performance.
  • Implement best practices for minimizing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Address bottlenecks related to rendering, data fetching, and resource loading.
  • Champion micro frontend architecture.
  • Break down monolithic UIs into smaller, independently deployable units.
  • Coordinate communication and data sharing between micro frontends.
  • Work closely with development teams, bridging the gap between design and implementation.
  • Mentor UI engineers, guiding them on best practices.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Design security authentication frameworks hosted in react and utilizing openAuth grants
  • Design authorization and permissions rendering based on claims
  • Manage token lifecycle and expirations

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Proficiency in and related technologies
  • Familiarity with micro frontend patterns (e.g., singlespa, module federation)
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Proficiency in at least one wireframing/prototyping tool (e.g., Axure, OmniGraffle)
Command over DOM manipulation and performance optimization.
