We are OPTIMO, an emerging AI startup with a SaaS platform for small and medium-sized businesses.

Our mission is to optimize and accelerate necessary product and business developments for our clients through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital integration.

Our product allows all stakeholders to collaborate on a digital level and benefit from AI-driven decision-making moderation.

As a small but passionate team of three members, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor to represent our product and help us achieve our growth goals.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor at OPTIMO, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our product. This includes both direct digital interactions with potential customers and leading innovative, interactive workshops on-site. Your tasks are diverse and encompass the entire range of customer management, from initial contact to post-contract follow-up.

Your responsibilities:

Presenting and selling our SaaS solution to potential customers
Planning, conducting, and moderating innovative interactive workshops onsite
Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
Identifying and capturing new business opportunities

Qualifications:

Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
High selfmotivation, selforganization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a small team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to continuously educate yourself on the latest trends and opportunities in the SaaS industry
