Job Responsibilities

  • Assuming primary responsibility for timely internal processing of tender documents
  • Close collaboration with sales representatives in the field and active support in operational and administrative daily business
  • Independent creation of calculations and offers in cooperation with our sales representatives in the field, branches, and/or representatives
  • Assuming a steering and coordinating function in terms of coordination and collaboration between departments
  • Comprehensive and qualified advice and support for prospects, customers, branches, and representatives
  • Independent and timely processing and response to inquiries, as well as ongoing maintenance of our CRM system
  • Clarification and tracking of deadlines in the context of offer creation and technical clarification, as well as coordination and management of the necessary resources
  • Development of sales materials and ongoing market and competition analysis within the application areas
  • Conducting sales conversations and supporting negotiations and product presentations with customers, together with or on behalf of sales representatives in the field
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Supporting the further development of our external sales organization and the continuous improvement of internal processes

Personal Profile

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering, alternatively completed technical training and further education as a technician or master with relevant professional experience in sales and
