Position:
Office Manager
As our Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Scheduling:
Managing calendars, appointments, and project timelines to ensure seamless coordination.
Customer Engagement:
Providing top-notch customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and following up on projects.
Financial Support:
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll.
Project Oversight:
Tracking job progress and expenses to help keep projects on time and within budget.
Bilingual Advantage:
Fluency in English and Spanish will be a huge asset in communicating with our diverse clientele.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Office Management or assistant roles, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks (or similar software).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems and procedures
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings and appointments
- Assist in managing payroll and employee benefits administration
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Knowledge of payroll administration is preferred
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
