    Job Description:
    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program


    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operators
    • Lead a 100M+ Space and Ground Integration program
    • Lead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor)
    • Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program status
    • Work closely with both customer and Parsons senior leaders
    • Ensure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendors
    • Provide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities What Required Skills You'll Bring:
    • Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15+ years of experience in space and/or national security programs
    • 10+ years of program management experience
    • Experience with software development management in multi-level security environment
    • Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations
    • Active TS/SCI clearance at minimum What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
    • PMP or equivalent certification
    • Experience with system of systems engineering and integration
    • Experience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programs Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
