Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of government acquisition contracts in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements, develop acquisition strategies, and establish evaluation criteria.
Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and take appropriate action to address any issues or deficiencies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on contract status, performance, and risks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

throughout the acquisition process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in government contracting and acquisition management.
Deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant procurement laws and regulations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex government contracts from initiation to closeout.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
