Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of government acquisition contracts in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements, develop acquisition strategies, and establish evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and take appropriate action to address any issues or deficiencies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on contract status, performance, and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
throughout the acquisition process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in government contracting and acquisition management.
  • Deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant procurement laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex government contracts from initiation to closeout.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • IRS clearance, required
