A dynamic executive couple without children at home is searching for a reliable house manager to oversee their stunning residence in Dunthorpe, OR (located between Portland & Lake Oswego, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Portland).
The role entails efficiently managing household operations, such as running errands, caring for pets, grocery shopping, light laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and wrapping holiday gifts.

4) House Maintenance: Ensuring tidiness and freshness in key areas like kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. The residence undergoes a thorough weekly cleaning by an external service provider.
5) Laundry: Handling a small daily load to maintain a manageable amount.
6) Organization: Organizing and upkeeping shelves, cabinets, and closets.
7) Online Procurement: Researching and replenishing regularly used items at the best prices with swift deliveries.
8) Exterior Maintenance: Not required, as a full-time landscaper and Estate Manager are already in place.
