Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Blink Voice is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team As a Sales Development Representative, you will be crucial in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our innovative cloud-based PBX system, Cirrus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- B2B sales experience (preferred but not required).
Pay Structure:
- Base Salary (Draw): Competitive base salary to support your efforts.
- Commission: Lucrative commission structure based on sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential.
Pay:
$40, $78,000.00 per year
