To further expand our service for our customers and secure our constant growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Seeley, CA.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will support and advise our customers in person and over the phone
  • You will process orders, create quotes, calculate prices, and follow up on them
  • You will handle credit notes and complaints, place orders with suppliers, and monitor incoming goods
  • You will prepare customer orders and coordinate deliveries with our drivers

Your strengths:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the electrical wholesale industry or have a background in electrical engineering (e.g. electrician) and have gained experience in a commercial role
  • You have a customeroriented mindset, are reliable, and have excellent communication skills
  • You have a good understanding of common computer applications and can quickly apply what you have learned in practice
