Overview :Senior IS Corporate Systems Analyst (Quincy, MA)
Jill Acquisition LLC seeks a Senior IS Corporate Systems Analyst at our office in Quincy, MA to directly support and maintain the corporate applications, systems and technology. Responsible for configuring applications and systems, performing upgrades and regular maintenance, working with business and IS teams on projects and fielding customer requests and issues. Serve as the primary IS liaison for HR, Finance, Payroll and Real estate functions. Provide technical leadership in small and medium projects as defined in the J.Jill SDLC and PMO processes. Work with the business and IS departments to deliver solutions which meet requirements, are delivered as planned, and meet J.Jill and industry quality standards. Perform complex system process analysis, design and configuration across multiple platforms. Build custom reports as requested by the business and provide technical assistance regarding report writing and analysis. Monitor integration results and work to resolve any issues or failures. Perform system enhancements and potential process improvements and serve as the technical asset for business partners. Document standards, requirements, and participate in QA and UAT testing. Contribute to continuous improvement of systems. Review and evaluate processes to determine effectiveness at meeting business objectives. Maintain system access, configuration and customizations as defined by IS Management. Provide support on ad hoc projects, requests and recurring issues as needed. Monitor support tracking tickets to ensure timely response and resolution for the business. Administer on-going maintenance of Corporate systems including but not limited to HR, Finance, Taxation as it applies to an Omni-Channel Retailer. Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures such as PMO, SDLC, Change Management, and Issue Management. Lead and participate in identification and resolution of defects associated with test execution. Contribute to the success of special and highly complex projects. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities :Job Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in business functional areas, including Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Workforce Planning, Accounting and Finance, Taxation, Revenue Management, Expenses, Procurement for an Omni-channel Retailer. Alternatively, the company would also accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in business functional areas, including Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Workforce Planning, Accounting and Finance, Taxation, Revenue Management, Expenses, Procurement for an Omni-channel Retailer. Must have the following experience: implementing or supporting HR, Finance, and Payroll systems for retail companies; building reports and integrations; security structures and configuration; providing Tier 1 Support; visual Studio, C# and HTML; financial process and use-tax calculation across US jurisdictions (using tools including Vertex); Workday HCM and Financial Management; and Supporting Cloud based, hosted or On-Premises applications.
