    Shift- 1st shift M-F

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and execute process enhancements, refine methods, and strengthen controls within production operations.
    • Plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control
    • Proficiently applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to both variable and attribute data processes.
    • Establish new manufacturing systems and modern manufacturing practices, such as, but not limited to: Kanban inventory, 5S, lean, TAKT time analysis and line pacing, Six Sigma problem solving and resolution techniques, and statistical process control.
    • Focusing on labor reduction through process automation and tooling improvements

    Qualifications

    • Mechanical Engineering Degree
    • Experience in a manufacturing industry.
    • Understanding the functions of both Corporate and Plant departments, their interdependencies, and their impact on plant operations
    • Adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically demanding work environment
