Customer Service Representative/dispatcher - Tomball, United States - Reid's AC and Heat

Description

We are seeking to hire for an entry-level dispatch role. The key requirements include punctuality, dependability, eagerness to learn, and exceptional customer service abilities.

While dispatch knowledge is preferred, it is not mandatory as we are open to training individuals with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with answering calls that come in, and booking in the dispatch program
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation
• Assist with filing invoices customer and vendor
• Performs other tasks as assigned, and always available and eager to learn

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and clients
• Ability to multitask, willingness to learn new skills and ability to adapt to an everchanging environment
• Must be detail oriented; have strong and accurate data entry skills and work well within a team environment
• Must be dependable with the ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
• Ability to identify potential issues or errors and make decisions

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of in office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
