Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in accounting and financial management, with a strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and proficiency using MS Dynamics Business Central, GP, or similar ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive results and implement change in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, lead daytoday Accounting Department operations, and ensuring the timely and accurate posting of financial data, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support the company's growth objectives and longterm sustainability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Audits: Coordinate and provide required information for finance audits to ensure compliance.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and support business operations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
