Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist/Payroll to join our team.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.


HR Responsibilities:


  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Administer HR programs and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity, SAP, Salesforce, and Ceridian to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
  • Support the implementation of change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in human resources

Payroll Responsibilites:


  • Manage and process payroll for employees, including calculation of hours, overtime, and deductions.
  • Facilitate and oversee employee 401k contributions, ensuring accurate deductions and timely deposits.
  • Manage employee reimbursements, verifying expenses and processing payments efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison with insurance agents to facilitate healthcare enrollment and manage benefits administration.
  • Manage payroll processes for contractors and business vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (Paylocity, SAP, Salesforce, Ceridian)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting strategies
  • Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
