Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to work with our team. This is an independent contractor position. It requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.


Duties:

• Perform onsite estimates as needed
• Interiors and exteriors of homes. Commercial experience is optional, but desired
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes or cracks and masking
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Experience:

• Experienced painters only
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints
• Punctuality and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Transportation, tools, driver's license, liability insurance, auto insurance, smart phone
• Examples of previous work and references
• Able to commute anywhere within the Phoenix metro area. Most jobs are within the city, but can occur anywhere in the state of Arizona
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions, including hot weather
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions from our office staff

$50, $95,000.00 per year
