Overview:
Duties:
- Manage office procedures and ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle financial tasks such as financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for all 7 corporations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for state and federal reporting purposes.
- Conduct debits and credits transactions accurately.
- Utilize accounting software like Quickbooks for financial data management
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks efficiently
- Oversee billing office with 4 employees that handle the billing for the utility companies.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
