Overview:

Duties:


  • Manage office procedures and ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Handle financial tasks such as financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for all 7 corporations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for state and federal reporting purposes.
  • Conduct debits and credits transactions accurately.
  • Utilize accounting software like Quickbooks for financial data management
  • Perform general ledger accounting tasks efficiently
  • Oversee billing office with 4 employees that handle the billing for the utility companies.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
