    Director of Operations,

    you'll have the thrilling opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our valued suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

    The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.

    The director of operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company.


    Here's what you'll be taking on:

    Drive Operational Excellence:
    Implement strategies for operational excellence and process optimization across all departments.
    Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency to contribute significantly to the company's financial targets related to Gross Margins.

    Direct Field Operations:
    Lead a subcontractor team for Field Operations, focusing on high standards and efficiency.

    Maintain keen oversight of budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) management, achieving project success rates and meeting gross margin targets.


    Scale and Manage Offshore Teams:
    Lead and scale, optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

    You Are:
    Over 5 years experience in an operation senior leadership role in a dynamic setting.
    Experience in developing budgets and business plans.
    Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
    Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
    Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    Experience in leading and scaling offshore teams, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
    Strong financial background=, with experience in budget management, Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, and driving towards gross margin targets.
