    Description

    Experienced Litigation Attorneys Needed for Senior Role with Client Firm

    Our client firm is seeking experienced and qualified litigation attorneys to join their team in a senior role. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a proven track record. Expertise in analyzing commercial insurance policies, negotiating with carriers, and providing valuable advice to team leaders and clients is essential. Furthermore, excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and preparing legal pleadings, motions, and statements is highly preferred.

    Essential Requirements:

    At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
    - Extensive knowledge of reviewing and analyzing commercial general liability and product liability policies, negotiating with insurance carriers, developing litigation strategies, and participation in all aspects of commercial litigation.
    - Previous experience at a top law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique.
    - Excellent academic credentials.
    - Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
