Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team.
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform inspections and audits to identify any deviations from quality requirements. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Duties:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, inprocess components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment to perform accurate measurements and evaluations
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions taken
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC principles, and FDA regulations
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Solid understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
