Who we are

Wefers Technik GmbH is a medium-sized family business with over 90 years of tradition. With our approximately 150 employees, we develop complex large-scale projects in building services engineering, including heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and building automation. Starting on August 1, 2023, we offer a 3.5-year apprenticeship at our location in Cologne.

What you will learn with us

In theory and practical application, you will learn how to plan, install, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.
You will gain a clear understanding of the complex interaction of individual components, including electronic and electrical components, and their functions.
At the customer's site, you will ensure a comfortable climate: you will learn about the requirements for our systems and calculate, for example, the cooling capacity needed for specific rooms.
