Description
We are looking for a commercial specialist, ideally with a background in real estate, for a full-time position (part-time possible) at our office in Morrisville.
Your main responsibilities will include managing properties in our real estate portfolio, with a focus on residential properties and accounting.

Your tasks:
- Preparing, creating, and reviewing operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
- Compliance with rental laws and regulations
- Signing and terminating rental agreements
- Inspection and handover of rental properties
- Signing maintenance contracts
- Correspondence with property owners and tenants
- Participation in property owner meetings and follow-up work
- Handling complaints and disruptions
- Preparing and arranging orders for property owners' associations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector
- Several years of experience in property management, particularly in operating cost statements
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus
