Office Assistant & Bookkeeper | Part-time, 25-30 hours/wk
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daytoday office logistics like inventory, shipping, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
- Manage timekeeping software and update employee/client scorecard metrics
- Manage weekly bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciles, basic financial reporting and coordination with payroll provider
- Care for clients, employees and community with hospitality and events management
- Provide coordination support when scheduling meetings for multiple employees, clients and stakeholders
- Support billable work as needed with by conducting research or client service needs
Skills Needed
- Experienced in professional office environment and client service
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Strong, tactful communications skills
- Flexible, scrappy and fastthinking
Software Experience
- Mastery in QuickBooks (desktop preferred)
- Proficient in Google Docs + Sheets
- Proficient in MS Word + Excel + PowerPoint
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or a related field
