Office Assistant & Bookkeeper | Part-time, 25-30 hours/wk

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daytoday office logistics like inventory, shipping, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage timekeeping software and update employee/client scorecard metrics
  • Manage weekly bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciles, basic financial reporting and coordination with payroll provider
  • Care for clients, employees and community with hospitality and events management
  • Provide coordination support when scheduling meetings for multiple employees, clients and stakeholders
  • Support billable work as needed with by conducting research or client service needs

Skills Needed

  • Experienced in professional office environment and client service
  • Accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Strong, tactful communications skills
  • Flexible, scrappy and fastthinking

Software Experience

  • Mastery in QuickBooks (desktop preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Docs + Sheets
  • Proficient in MS Word + Excel + PowerPoint

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or a related field
