Qualifications:

- _ Grade 7 Level:_ Associate's degree and at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- _ Grade 8 Level:_ Associate's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience, interest, and commitment to working with people from diverse racial, socioeconomic, and other backgrounds and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse faculty, students, and administrators.
Experience with project management and/or event planning, with excellent communication skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on complex, multideadline projects.
Ability to use judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive health and personal student information.
Ability to work with data and run reports; familiarity with databases and website management a plus.
Ability to learn and integrate institutional policy with program needs.
Customerfocused, customer service oriented.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to working with a diverse campus community.

Additional Information

Ability to occasionally work in the late-afternoon/early-evening or weekend for specific pre-planned program, College, and University events.
