Qualifications:
- _ Grade 7 Level:_ Associate's degree and at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- _ Grade 8 Level:_ Associate's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience, interest, and commitment to working with people from diverse racial, socioeconomic, and other backgrounds and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse faculty, students, and administrators.
- Experience with project management and/or event planning, with excellent communication skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on complex, multideadline projects.
- Ability to use judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive health and personal student information.
- Ability to work with data and run reports; familiarity with databases and website management a plus.
- Ability to learn and integrate institutional policy with program needs.
- Customerfocused, customer service oriented.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to working with a diverse campus community.
Ability to occasionally work in the late-afternoon/early-evening or weekend for specific pre-planned program, College, and University events.
