Professional Medical Practice, P.C., is looking for a
Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) to work in the medical department at the
Sullivan County Jail located in
Monticello, NY.

This position is Monday - Friday during normal business hours 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000.00

Must be certified as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-T, CASAC, CASAC2)
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related Human Services degree with a concentration in mental health course work.
Minimum one (1) year clinical experience preferred.
Effective communication skills
Ability to function independently and demonstrating clinical competency
Ability to gain trust of patients and build a working relationship
