We need you as a
Scrum Master (m/f/d) for our product development and project business.

Your tasks

As a Scrum Master, you support our teams in product development and project business in adhering to and living agile processes and act as a liaison to other areas of the company.
You organize and moderate our meetings from planning to retrospective.
You assist with targeted questions in requirements analysis and are available as a contact person during the sprint.
You act as a sparring partner for the development manager and project team leader to develop new ideas, test them in workshops, or professionalize meetings.
You create security in process flows and drive further development.

Your profile

You are a certified Scrum Master and have already gained experience.
You are also familiar with project business and have ideally successfully managed projects as a project manager.
You are empathetic and have a very good understanding of people.
