Description

Description:

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the production of therapeutic proteins under strict quality control conditions. This role involves following detailed procedures, monitoring equipment and processes, conducting basic laboratory tasks, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of the facility and equipment.

Set up and operate equipment, monitor production processes, and maintain production records in compliance with industry regulations.
Complete training for all assigned tasks and adhere to individual development plans.
Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle material movements within the production areas.
Maintain facility and equipment through regular cleaning and support organizational programs.
Engage in administrative duties such as shift exchanges, meetings, and project participation.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent with manufacturing experience
Recent graduates or individuals with an Associate's Degree in science looking to gain industry experience

Working Hours:

Day Shift Pay Rate: $22.50/hr - 7am-7pm (including weekends)
Night Shift Pay Rate: $27.00/hr 7pm-7am
