Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team.

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing various fitness classes and programs to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.


Duties:


  • Conduct fitness classes in a safe and engaging manner, incorporating a variety of exercise techniques and equipment
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique
  • Develop and implement effective program designs tailored to meet the needs and goals of individual clients
  • Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness potential through positive reinforcement and encouragement
  • Monitor client progress, track attendance, and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new fitness methodologies, and research in exercise science
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge and experience in dance, group fitness, Pilates, cycle, CrossFit, or other relevant fitness disciplines
  • Ability to design effective exercise programs based on client needs and goals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain exercises and modifications
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe exercise practices
  • Experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus

Requirements:


  • Current certification in group fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or related role is preferred

$ $45.00 per hour
