About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Process transactions accurately using a cash register or pointofsale system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising and restocking shelves.

Requirements:


  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
