EXCEDEO - The IT Support Professionals, a Managed Service Provider, leading Microsoft Partner, fast-paced and growing IT consulting services firm located in San Diego, is looking for an _
IT Customer Service Dispatcher/Inventory (Shipping-Receiving Coordinator)_ to add its growing team.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch Management:

Coordinate and schedule service calls and deliveries to clients.
Act as the first point of contact for service technicians and assist in routing and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all dispatch activities.
Monitor service requests and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely response and resolution.
Provide updates to customers on the status of their service requests.
Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries, redirecting calls when necessary.

Inventory Control:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of IT equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical counts.
Prepare and process orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and loading.
Receive incoming shipments, verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices, and record discrepancies.
Ensure that inventory storage areas are organized and maintained to optimize space and accessibility.

Logistics and Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Manage logistics for outgoing shipments, including coordination with courier services.
Ensure compliance with all shipping, receiving, and inventory regulations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or relevant fields is preferred.
Proven experience in dispatch, inventory management, shipping, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with an aptitude for problemsolving.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong team player with the ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Windows 10 operating system

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous dispatching experience
Working knowledge and experience with ConnectWise Manage PSA, a plus

- associate degree, a plus
