Salesperson (m/f/d) for new construction properties YOUR TASKS You inspire interested parties for our stylish and innovative new construction projects and have the ambition to fully support your customers (owner-occupiers and investors) throughout the sales process, from the initial inquiry to the handover of the newly acquired property, and ensure a sustainably good feeling.

In addition, you support investors with the creation of a return concept that takes into account suitable new construction properties from Strenger as well as the customer's existing equity.

In order to make our customers' property possible, you cooperate with our external financing partners and also work closely with our internal rental and management service for investors.

With
