    Job Description

    This is a full-time remote role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating office activities. The Office Manager works between the different departments ensuring execution and client satisfaction. Everything from client onboarding and offboarding, assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required for this role.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar role in the accounting industry.
    • Must have tax prep and bookkeeping experience
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality
