Promotes good public relations by demonstrating a smiling and positive attitude. Answers the phone in a professional manner. Helps direct and control visitors and is aware of status of patients waiting in the Cancer Center lobby. Schedules patients appointments and collects data that is necessary for registration process. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
