- Keep up with sawmill operations and process flow by loading/unloading material on decks
- Ability to work independently
- Assist shipping dept as needed for various duties
- Capable of working efficiently/safe as well as keeping a high level of precision
- Previous experience as an equipment operator using a wheel loader or similar machine
- Must be self motivated and organized
- Willingness to work in outside environment and work overtime

Front End Loader Operator Summary
Potter Lumber, a member of the Baillie Group, a leading manufacturer of hardwood lumber is adding a Loader Operator to their team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join our team as a first shift loader operator. The positions primary responsibilities include operating a wheel loader/front loader tasked with moving various materials such as logs, cants, packs of lumber and loading chips/dust/bark into open top trailers.

Potter Lumber, an affiliate of Baillie Lumber Co., is one of North America's largest hardwood lumber manufacturers, distributors and exporters. We are a provider of hardwood logs, hardwood lumber and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products.
