Description

Key responsibilities include:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
  • Open new client accounts
  • Process incoming client payments
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents, and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff when necessary

Skills:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting preferred
  • Proficient in operating phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Handson experience with office equipment (printers and postage machines)

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
