Service Assistant (m/f/d)

What to expect

  • Scheduling and monitoring of workshop appointments
  • Customer reception and telephone switchboard
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Cash management including reconciliation
  • Maintenance of vehicle and customer data
  • Collaboration and coordination with our service advisors
  • Career opportunities in a growing company group

What we expect

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship in the automotive industry preferred, alternatively in the hotel industry
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Good to very good MS Office skills
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational skills
