FIELD LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are an open-shop, commercial/industrial, structural restoration contractor. We perform work in the Chicagoland area and across the United States.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACTIVE TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) CARD HOLDERS

WHAT DO WE DO?

• Post-Tensioning Repair
• Waterproofing
• Expansion Joints
• Coating Systems
• Urethane and Epoxy Injections
• Swing Stage, Scaffold, and Elevated Platform Work
• Local and OutofTown Projects

HOW TO APPLY:


Field Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years field construction experience

- field leadership experience a plus.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Driver's License and minimum of 18 years old
• Ability to travel for projects outof state is a plus (travel, lodging and expenses covered by company)
• Possess or ability to obtain TWIC CARD a plus**:
• Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and/or kneel throughout the work day to perform job tasks
• Ability to lift/carry 75lbs
• Adept at outdoor working conditions

- low/high temperatures, rain, snow, wind, etc

• Experience in concrete forming, placing, and finishing
• Be able to competently operate company equipment vehicles, trailers, site equipment
• Effective and concise communication skills
• Working knowledge of blueprints/drawings
• Effectively manage a crew of 210 along with site conditions, materials, equipment, etc
• Current OSHA, and/or construction specific training certifications a plus

Field Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year construction experience
• Ability to travel for projects outof state a plus (travel, lodging and expenses covered by company)
• Current OSHA, and/or construction specific training certifications a plus
• Possess or ability to obtain TWIC CARD a plus**:

• Must be 1

• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from jobsites
• Need to be able to bend, stoop, crawl, and/or kneel throughout the work day to perform required job tasks.
• Need to be able to lift/ carry up to 75lbs
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Adept at working in outdoor conditions (for instance, low/high temperatures, rain, sun, wind, etc)
• Ability to work closely with others
• Ability to wear a respirator, as job conditions require
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

$ $42.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
