DATA ENTRY CLERK
About the Position:
Responsibilities:
- Launch WMS (Warehouse Management System), ensuring its proper functionality, conducting necessary system checks, and providing guidance to users for efficient utilization of the platform
- Accurately input and update data from various sources into WMS system
- Maintain a detailed and organized log to ensure data entries are complete and accurate
- Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review data for deficiencies and/or errors
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and seamless data flow
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with security standards by conducting routine checks and audits
- Identify opportunities for data entry procedure enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations
- Assist with other administrative tasks and/or projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of WMS system preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of data efficiently
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred but not required)
