As an IT specialist, you will implement specific requirements into complex hardware and software systems.

You will analyze, plan, and implement information and telecommunications systems, as well as introduce new or modified systems in this field.

You will also provide technical advice, support, and training to customers and users.

YOUR training will include:

designing and implementing customized information and telecommunications systems, installing and configuring networked systems, system commissioning, programming techniques, project planning and management methods, troubleshooting, system administration and maintenance, presenting system solutions, and advising and training users.


YOUR qualifications should include:

a good secondary education, interest in computer technology, ability to work independently, analytical skills, organizational and planning abilities, and enjoyment of working with people and a service-oriented mindset.


YOUR opportunities for further education include: courses, seminars, and becoming a data processing specialist or a state-certified business economist in the field of business informatics.

YOUR training will last for 3 years and YOUR vocational school will be located in Munich.
