Position Overview:

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated recent law school graduate with an interest in a career in an in-house legal department at a fast paced technology company.

You will be joining a small legal team with an opportunity to assist in a wide variety of software licensing transactions, privacy and security and general corporate areas.

This is a hybrid role with expectations of being in our Boston Corporate office 2-3 days per week.

Job description:

Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including international cloud software agreements, master services agreements, sales licensing agreements, amendments, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements and vendor agreements.
Ensure compliance with security, export control and privacy regulations.
Assist with employeerelated/HR matters.
Assist with prelitigation claims and litigation matters related to contracts.
Assist with corporate governance matters for subsidiaries.
Assist in M&A acquisitions and postacquisition integrations.
Assist with real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, J.D. from an accredited law school and current license to practice law in Massachusetts.
13 years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in house setting.
Intellectual property coursework or experience a plus.
