- Act as a concierge to provide a warm welcome to clients visiting our showroom.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and assist sales in solving
- customer service questions that might occur.
- Qualify customers to determine the best sales representative to assist them.
- Assist in managing and maintaining showroom displays, tags and merchandising
- Assist with planning and executing showroom events
- Maintain social media platforms by posting for Ultra, and following other pertinent organizations and individuals.
- Build the CRM database with customer contacts, and assist with newsletters and emails
- Bring integrity, a strong work ethic, and honesty into all aspects of your role.
- Social Media platform knowledge
- Showroom display coordination and merchandising experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Capacity to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Competitive compensation package of $50-60k/yr (depending on experience)
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and/or Saturday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
