Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist employees in ways that optimize procedures.
- Verify & enter employee time on a daily basis.
- Verify & enter vendor bills as they are received; verify monthly vendor statements for accuracy.
- Cut payroll and vendor checks on a weekly basis for Office Manager to sign.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Skills
- Construction background a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Office, and QuickBooks
