Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities:


  • Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
  • Assist in managerial duties when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Prepare reports and paperwork
  • Lease property
  • There are 240 units on property

Apartment Leasing Manager Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is
    REQUIRED:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic
  • Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are
    REQUIRED for this position
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
