Description
Commercial construction projects for a fast growing general contractor in the St. Responsible for managing project schedules and budgets to ensure completion. In this position you'll typically be out of the office at local job sites working closely with superintendents.My client is a mid-sized general contractor that's consistently grown to be a reliable resource for clients across the commericlal, multifamily, light-industrial, and historic renovation construction markets.
They have built their business model to offer full scale services where they help clients take concepts off the back of a napkin, lead the preconstruction process, manage construction, all the way to a successful project turnover- often beating schedules and budget expectations.
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have an open, creative mindset both on-site and in the office when working on projects.
