QUALIFICATIONS

• Real estate focused course completion required
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills
• Proficient in Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the various debt origination regions in underwriting and analyzing potential investment opportunities throughout the U.S. using Excel and/or ARGUS
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
• Review property operating statements, rent rolls / leases and cash flows for multifamily, industrial, office and retail assets
• Assist in preparing weekly deal presentations and /or investment committee memorandums
