Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the laboratory for product integration in the field of tactical communication and softwaredefined radios, currently with 9 employees.
Your responsibilities include personnel planning and coordination for the execution of device integration in close collaboration with technology and system laboratories.
You actively support the implementation and continuous improvement of the continuous integration, testing, and delivery strategy (CI/CD) in collaboration with development and testing teams.
Your tasks include both traditional leadership tasks (e.g. individual and team development, method development) as well as operational activities where you provide technical support to your team.
As a member of the leadership team, you actively contribute to the further development of the organization.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
In particular, you have indepth knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology as well as RF technology.
Thanks to several years of experience in integrating complex devices and systems, including hardware and software integration, you lead your team competently and develop them professionally.
In your previous career, you have gained both technical and ideally also disciplinary leadership experience.
You can inspire and motivate your team both technically and personally.
