    *The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. maintaining a sanitary kitchen.

    • Helps set up the entire kitchen prior to the restaurant's opening.

    Coordinates daily food supply inventory for the cafeteria and submits necessary orders to the

    Wraps unused items and stores in proper areas at the end of a shift and shuts off all equipment
    Participates in cleaning the rest of the kitchen before the restaurant closes for the night.

    • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
