Overview:
First of al:
please be an operator of equipment not an Uber driver or McDonald's manage we require minimum 5 years on a machine (excavator) we are not a school or training agenc, we need skilled professionals that are organized, on time and know how to get the job done
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Review and approve project changes, including change orders and variations
- Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA guidelines
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
