Leasing Professional (Full-Time) - Costa Mesa, CA
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an energetic
Leasing Professional to join our team at our community in the Costa Mesa, CA area.
This position is Full-Time
THE PERFECT FIT PREFERABLY MUST HAVE:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service with great problem resolution skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, a good understanding of basic computer operations and use of internet programs.
- High energy personality, who thrives in a customer service industry.
- Must be passionate of helping people finding a home.
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment where you can showcase your excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities to generate leases and leads and deliver results.
- Have experience with outreach marketing, with the ability to learn and understand in place pricing models.
Willing to work weekends on a rotation.
Starting Salary:
$21
