Century 21 Connect Realty is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team The right person will be responsible for overseeing our marketing programs and policies for the company, as well as to teach and assist real estate agents with growing their business through multiple media verticals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all company social media accounts
Assist recruiting team with campaigns directed at Atlanta REALTORS
Teach and assist Agents one on one regarding C21 tools, social media, video, AI, and other areas
Hold a daily training session to teach a marketing tool in a group setting.
Coordinate and manage video editors
Create presentations, forms, documents for the President of the company
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
BA in Marketing, or similar degree
4+ years of hands on experience
Strong project management skills
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
