Our main areas of expertise include training, retraining, and further education in the fields of therapy, nursing, pedagogy, and business.


To expand our teams at our Torgau location, we are currently seeking a part-time teacher (m/f/d) on a freelance basis.


Your responsibilities:


  • Planning, preparing, and conducting theoretical lessons
  • Grading and documenting student performance
  • Supporting and guiding students in their learning processes and within the school community
  • Contributing to the development of pedagogical and didactic concepts

Qualifications/skills:


  • University degree (diploma, master's, or equivalent)
  • Ideally, completed vocational training in a nursing, social, or therapeutic profession (e.g. nurse, educator, special needs educator, social assistant, occupational therapist)
  • Enjoy working with young adults
  • Motivational and persuasive skills
  • Moderation and presentation skills
  • Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
  • Creativity and willingness to innovate in shaping the education for the future
